Overview

The Risk Analyst (RA) position is responsible for providing a credit analysis of potential and existing customers to mitigate risk associated with business decisions. A credit analysis is completed based on internal and external data. The RA is also responsible for ensuring compliance with contract documents including obtaining financial statements and insurance from customers as well as monitoring payment performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate Credit Underwriting documents for both new and existing Lessees
• Track and report on Lessee outstanding exposure
• Report to Risk on a monthly basis on average days to pay for portfolio
• Generate and circulate Signature Pages for management review and approval for lease transactions
• Monitor Lessee S&P Ratings in CRM database
• Prepare monthly and quarterly risk reporting
• Onboard new customers
• Support Special projects as dictated by management
• Assist in both asset sales and acquisitions with Portfolio
• Investigate delinquent invoices to ensure revenue is attained

Education

• An accounting, finance or business bachelor’s degree preferred, at an accredited college or university

Experience 

• Knowledge of General office software, particularly Salesforce, Capital IQ, PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in a customer service or credit function preferred
